LJ008 HOSPITALITY – HOTELS & CLUBS
(EBS)
Students will be introduced to the hospitality industry in Singapore with a tour of different accommodation choices for tourists, ranging from budget hotel to a 5-star hotel. They will be given an in-depth tour of each location, understanding and learning about the back-end operations (known widely as the unseen “heart” of hotel operations), and the front line customer service operations.
LJ009 HOSPITALITY – FOOD & BEVERAGES
(EBS)
Students will be introduced to the Food & Beverages industry and will visit food processing plants, such as bread, eggs, organic and more, that produces wholesale food products for the F&B industry. They will also visit local clubs for insights into bar operations. Students will learn about beverage perparation and experience “mock-tail” mixing.
