Wenxiong, also commonly known as “Chong” has been in the Adventure industry for a decade, having conducted and facilitated numerous annual local school camps, overseas camps and hiking expeditions in the neighboring countries.

His passion for outdoor started when he was in ITE, where he was appointed President of the Outdoor Adventure Club, where he has organized the annual school camp, lead a group for hiking expedition at Taman Negara, Pahang, Malaysia, Mount Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia and Mount Ophir, Johor, Malaysia. It did not stopped after school, Chong pursued on in the industry by joining several local outdoor adventure companies as a free-lance instructor with the passion of moulding the future of Singapore through the means of Outdoor Education.

Chong was a Fire-Fighter during his National Service. During this time, he was not only equipped with the emergency rescue skills but also enhance personally his skills of responsibility.

Previously prior to this, Chong was also a cabin crew serving and going extra mile to make his passengers from different parts of the world and different walks of life, making sure the flight was a pleasant one.

Apart from his facilitation skills, Chong is also a certified Open Water diver under PADI,  PADI Emergency Fast Responder, and a PA certified 1 star kayaker and most recently facilitated a PAL Outdoor Education programme in its maiden year.

Being a strong believer in experiential learning, Chong enjoys sharing his experience and knowledge with students and colleagues encouraging others to challenge themselves and from their experience.
