| Making a good first impression is important for building relationships with other people. This course aims to groom the participant in the areas of dressing, mannerism, etiquette, appearance and interpersonal skills, thus covering every aspect to create that unforgettable first impression. | ||

| We cannot change our body structure but we can change the way we dress so that it leaves others with a good impression of us. This course would teach participants to understand the significance of dressing to the occasion and how to dress such that it accentuates the body shape and skin colour. Ultimately it aims to develop self-confidence in participants. | ||
| SG003 | Skin Care | |
| Participants will learn about proven effective ways to maintain healthy skin that are specific to different skin types, care for their complexion and how to protect their skin from harmful substances or radiation. This course also includes colour theories and principles of make up. | ||
| SG004 | DINING ETIQUETTE |  |
| Table manners play an important part in making a favourable impression. In many cases, a certain standard of conduct is expected in such social situations. This course introduces participants to the generic dining etiquette of both Asian and Western culture, with the main focus on making the participant feel comfortable with the dos and don’ts of dinning etiquette. | ||

| This course will equip participants with the knowledge and skills of hosting a formal function plus how to give it an extra touch of glamour. Participants will learn the basic skills of stage presence, stage posture, presentation skills, ushering and accepting prize presentations | ||
